The contact address for this site is [email protected]. I read that mailbox. Mail sent there can be answered from the same address. There is no contact form, because a form that pretends to send mail is worse than a published address.
Use the email for factual corrections, broken links, and privacy questions about this website. Say which URL is wrong and what the source says instead. A screenshot helps. A rumor without a link will wait.
What this mailbox will not do
I cannot reset a Steam password, refund a purchase, lift a ban, or see your save. Those requests go to Steam Support. Crashes and multiplayer bugs go to the Steam discussion hub for app 5037200, or to the temkosoft Discord linked on the Discord page. The developer’s reply is the one that changes the game. Mine only changes this text.
I also will not add a download mirror, an APK, or a price someone typed into a comment. The editorial policy lists what counts as a source.
How fast, and what we keep
There is no published support SLA. Pages that quote a changing number (demo players, review count, price) show the date of the last check. If you write on a later day with a newer Steam reading, that letter is how the date moves.
Messages are kept long enough to answer and to remember a correction. The privacy policy explains the consent key in your browser. The email is separate from that key. Do not send passwords or payment data. We have nowhere to put them.

No. Refunds are handled by Steam. We do not have access to your account.
